Return Process

  Log into your Ruko account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure it arrives back at our facility safely.

• 3.
  Ship to Ruko

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
